John W. Walters

Mr. Walters is a partner and trial lawyer with Golden Law Office in Lexington, Kentucky. Prior to joining Golden Law Office, Mr. Walters was a founding and managing partner for a regional insurance defense firm handling all aspects of litigation. He has extensive experience with cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, agribusiness, class actions, general personal injury, construction law, bad faith, products liability, medical malpractice and insurance coverage disputes.

Mr. Walters previously represented America’s largest insurance companies and their insureds, trying numerous cases to successful jury verdicts before Courts across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He also began representing plaintiffs, and obtained several sizable results in those cases before transitioning completely to plaintiff’s practice. He now employs his wealth of experience and knowledge for the benefit of plaintiffs who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Mr. Walters’ inside experience on how large insurance companies operate in their defense of claims helps him obtain excellent results on behalf of his clients.
